Voice - see you CAN talk
Voice is about representing young people from the NDC area, getting money for young people in the area, attending meetings in the community and talking for the young people of Charlestown and Lower Kersal.
The group, which chose this name whilst on a residential, believes that it shows exactly what the group does. In the past the group has organised an event for young people awarding them for their contribution and excellence in the community. In the future the group plans to arrange meetings and events for young people in the NDC area. It’s not all work! The group has fun as well, it;s an amazing team and everyone gets along very well.
The group meets every Wednesday in the Beacon Centre, 5.30 till 8pm so please go along. Contact the group's youth worker on 0161 607 8528 if you have any questions.
