The Delivery Plan sets out a ten year strategic framework for the regeneration of Salford's New Deal for Communities Area, Charlestown & Lower Kersal, between 2001 and 2011. It represents the culmination of sixteen months of dedication and enthusiasm by the Charlestown & Lower Kersal Partnership, working with and on behalf of the local community.
