Rehousing Information
From November 2006, all residents affected by clearance had a copy of the Redevelopment Information Pack (file size 3mb) hand delivered or were given this during a one to one interview. This is a comprehensive guide to redevelopment, compensation and rehousing produced by the Housing and Physical Environment Team and Salford City Council.
Please note that there have been important changes to the plans to redevelop the Lower Kersal Riverside site, which means that most residents in that particular area will no longer be affected by the redevelopment plans. Click here for more information.
The pack has been produced under the guidance of Salford City Council's Legal Team and all information was correct at date of publication.
